I still remember these dialogues from a movie "RATATOUILLE" it says, "Great cooking is not for the faint of heart. You must be imaginative, strong-hearted, you must try things that may not work. And you must not let anyone define your limits because of where you come from. Your only limit is your soul. What I say is true, anyone can cook... but only the fearless can be great." Kuch loog khetay hain "Khawab mertay nahi..." Swadish is kinda first step towards that Khawab(dream). Swadish is my own company and kind of a dream business. Its a small company but i am willing to see it growing. Gusteau says,"You must be imaginative, strong-hearted, you must try things that may not work." I am trying_ and trying Hard, because i trust God. I believe He is the ONE, filling my mind with new creative ideas to improve my life... and the others.

Swadish is not an Indian word so don't sound it like that. It popped out after blended two English words.
1. Swad which means "a bunch" "a grouping of a number of similar things"
2. Dish which means "A particular item of prepared food"
so don't consider it any Indian or Urdu word. ((:
